I sometimes wonder what it's like to have a healthy balance of internet and real life.

I think working on a computer blurs the line. With 3 monitors I usually have work and play going at the same time

    What did you think?

I had no idea what to expect but I ended up liking it for showcasing the characters struggles and growth more than just a good ol linear plot

That was my favorite movie so far this year. Half the group I went with hated it though.

Yeah it was a classic Tarantino movie for sure, he never skips out on depth of character. I knew it was supposed to be centered around the Manson murders but based on the previews I really couldn't imagine how. I liked it, not my favorite Tarantino movie but it was good. The 'twist' at the end was awesome lol.

Yeah my wife didn't like it, thought there was way too many unnecessary scenes. But that's just Tarantino's style...take the mundane everyday parts of life and make them interesting...with gratuitous violence mixed in

Yeah, the character development was on point as always. It was definitely an interesting story to base a movie off of and I'm glad it wasn't as shallow as could have been expected of it based upon history

I really liked Django Unchained...probably my favorite one of his from recent years. Then of course Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs are probably my favorites of old

I missed living in a semi rural area a lot. Can just step outside to a clear night sky with no light pollution and stare at the stars. Its so crisp out too, maybe 60° at most.

Thankfully this thread, minus hot boat dude, seems to be full of relatively reasonable members. As a professional scientist, I can only argue that we know very little and do our best with the information at hand. No political stance, just wanted to crack a joke towards @GQ7227 who’s always in good spirits. Cornfield science is as good as 90% of science being propagated around the globe today. I only chime in here to say boring things, maybe I should stick to fart jokes.
