Cargo racks and baskets

So I’m a paraplegic guy. I have an obvious height problem. I can’t reach the top of the cab so here’s my question. Does anybody have any ideas of a low rack system to put on the bed? I wanna be able to add anything to the bed but also have a spot to put stuff like the spare tire and other gear. I also need to be able to use the bed cover that came with the truck. It’s a soft cover by I believe tyger or something like that.
