    Glad yesterday went well at least.

    Opened up a pork shoulder we bought a day ago to start prepping and it stunk to high hell. Completely rotten. Using a freebie that the city gave us for competing in People's Choice. It'll have to do.

    Then missed the alarm to start brisket, so we were 1.5 hours late in getting that on.

    Ugh. Hot 'n fast it is!

    I think we're just a little gassed. This weekend has been a lot of work for the three of us.

    Weird side note @bvbull200 when I look at this thread on the work .. none of your pictures show up, but when I look at it on my phone they show up perfectly. I'm sure there's a logical explanation, but all the other pictures on TW work just fine on the computer.
