Might have the alignment checked since you replaced some worn out lcas. Maybe the new ones have things a little “off” now that they have good bushings and ball joints. Could take you back to that minimal rubbing you had before.

Do you have aftermarket uca’s and what alignment specs do you run? If aftermarket then have them max the castor out to help push the wheels forward away from the firewall.

Well then. Have them crank up the castor. I think I was running close to 4* on my mid travel kit and close to 5* now with LT.

Did a 2 night camping trip with he family to Ashurt Lake South of Flagstaff. Reminded me why I don't camp during holiday weekends. My parents living out of their RV this time of the year, usually around Flagstaff (moving ever 14 days). So they had a Clam Shell Dome setup for us to stay in and they handle all the food/cooking... so we couldn't say no. Had fun and it has been over a year since we did any camping. But damn! All the crazy stupid people!

Although, my wife did green light me to get a used R-Pod trailer so we can camp more. Found one in TX that is priced right and the model we want. Now I am just waiting for them to return my email. Guess I will do a little generator and other "necessities" showing while I wait.

We were down just south of Mormon lake and it was surprisingly not too busy.

Those little trailers are nice though.

I hear ya on the holiday weekend thing. Even though the wife finally turned the corner I stayed home. Buddies site was close to the 260 on the east edge of the rim. Just didn't want to deal with it at all. Figured it would annoy me more than staying at home

We usually go to forest road 124D or 125, but the Ranger had warned my parents that it was busy with hunting season traffic. It wasn't too bad, the usual stuff. I just prefer to be isolated and let my dogs and kids roam free. Can't do that with another camp less than 100 yards away. Still, getting away was exactly what we all needed.

This last year has been exceptionally busy, don't see it slowing down. Even just taking bedding and clothes for 5 people and 2 dogs filled the back of the Sequoia, if we had needed the tents and kitchen we would have had to take the trailer. If I am going to haul a trailer, I don't want to just take the 5x10 flat, I want to take something a bit more. Hoping the rpod will reduce the packing time and allow us to get out more. I have a buddy that has one, he loves it. We want the one with the outdoor kitchen and the bunk beds, which makes them a little harder to find.
