    I has carpet and all sliding windows, and the Yakima bars already installed. Anyone know the weight limit of this cap and the bars?

    Depends on the bars, but most likely 150lbs unless they are HD bars which can be up to 220. The shell can handle a decent about of weight, just make sure the crossbars can too.
