Ya the clutch may have some use, but even if you need to replace down the road, it’s still worth the manual. Maybe use this as a bargaining tool when negations on price happen.

That "leaf spring thingamabob" is a well designed suspension enhancement product called RoadMaster Active Suspension. I have it installed and am very happy with the performance of the product.

IMO, the guy who bought the F150 is the looser in the deal.

Again thanks for the advice and information. I'm okay with some modifications and improvements, unfortunetly I think the dealer is tired of trying to negotiate with me, they won't move on the price of the truck and are giving me a hard time on my trade in. The truck has been sitting on their lot for nearly 4 weeks now, so I'll probably just let it go. It's not like they're out of production.

Fo your pleasure, here is the truck in question.

Yes, he might have towed a large trailer everyday or....maybe some sketchy salesman talked him in to installing those extra springs just to tow a small trailer twice a year to a campground 100 miles away....Maybe he just had another kid and needed a full size truck?.......You never know.....
My last truck had about 300,000 miles, huge rear airbags, an extra tranny cooler and I used it to tow-heavy quite often. I took really good care of it so when it sold (for good money btw) it was probably in better shape than most other trucks that hadn’t towed at all........The OP said it looks “really well taken care of”.....i’m not saying ‘don’t have concerns’ but don’t ‘not buy it’ just because of those springs.....Get it inspected by a good mechanic and go from there......

Here's the details I've figured out from research so correct me if I'm wrong please:
    - 2017 SR5 with TRD Sport package
    -double cab, short box
    -V6 and 6 speed manual
-has Sunroof, Blind spot monitor and wireless charger which I believe is a tech package
-some sort of soft tonneau cover
    - full Weathertech Mats and rain guards on the windows
    -fully black tinted windows
-Some sort of Fuel wheels with 265/65/17 K02s
    -66,000kms
    -$36,250

    That's all I got.

Its sitting at a mazda dealer and I know more about the truck than they do, they havent showed me any carfax yet. It's also rough to shift from 1st to 2nd, a fairy hard clunk and sometimes is smooth as butter? Though maybe some teeth are messed up or a synchro is fucked but I read it's normal?

I don't know about this sentiment. I think there's just as good of a chance that this owner was towing and wanted to take as good care of his vehicle while doing it. I also think there's a good chance he's moved onto something more powerful for that purpose and leaves behind a well maintained vehicle he may have planned to have owned a long time.

$36,250? Wow... that is only $1,000 less than I paid for my truck... (same specs, and colour) and I bought it new in 2017! Resale is definitely a bonus when buying these trucks but only for the seller... not the buyer. You can pay a little more for a new truck with a full warranty and no one messing with it previously.

Wow that's crazy, I looked at some new in my area and they were around 43 ish for a 2019. I may just wait a little longer, maybe for the 2020 when they update the headlights and add the nice adjustable seats.

Be patient. I searched used but found anything to be within a couple thousand of new and 25k to 40k kms. Finally decided to look at new. Tough to find manual in general. Then I find a dealer that had 2 BBP manuals but because of time couldn't make it in. When I finally did get there they had another white manual show up. The first thing the salesman said to me, "We can't sell these things!" Stupid for him leverage for me!
