Toyota Tacoma Trd Sport 4x4 CrewCab Longbed

Currently running 3 inch spacer (front) and 2 inch block (rear) with 285 open country a/t toyo tires. But I kinda want to go a bit higher if possible and probably change tires. Any one with a 4” setup on a 4x4? No rough country
