    Made some pepperfin. That's what's on my plate in the pic... not the greatest pic tho. Lightly seared the outside and leave the inside uncooked. Green onion, jalapeno, ponzu, sesame oil & a splash of soy sauce. :thumbsup:. So damn good I couldn't get enough.
