I thought I would make a little thread for this mod I did when clearancing for my upper link. This will definitely give 1-2” of clearance for uptravel/full bump depending on what axle housing is being used.

-the header flange sits horizontal before modification.

-make a mark while the header is still attached to make sure the cut will bend the header in the right direction. Cut 2/3 through.

Cut the flange off below the cat and cut off the 14mm bolt mounting bolt tab (save for rewelding)

-bridge weld the expanded gap in the neck above the header

-mock up the header back in place and mark where the flange will face and locate where the 14mm mounting tab will be welded

-modify the header bracket by cutting and then bending the bracket to the right angle and drill a new hole at the proper location. Only one bolt will fit unless you decide to lengthen the bracket. I opted not to. Not worried about strength issue.

Hope this helps some peeps keep their ride height lower.

I did this for 3link. 4 link would most likely be taller ride height and the upper links would be in a different spot.

Out of curiosity when you did your build did you consider running the link on the drivers side? Assuming there is more in the way with the t-case and driveshaft.
