Has anybody installed an additional 1”~2” lift block with a leaf pack already installed.
Any issues that may arise maintenance wise?

What do you mean "leaf pack already installed"??

We kinda need some more info here. What leaf pack are you talking about? What is your end game - what do you want to accomplish? What kind of driving do you do? You talk about the rear, but what are you doing up front?

As for lift blocks, the main thing they do is increase axle wrap because they increase the leverage between the axle and the spring. Most people will tell you do avoid lift blocks if at all possible (I am one of those people).

Are you saying that you already have a set of lift springs in the back, and you want to go higher?

Yes I have installed the full OME and I want the rear a little bit higher.
I’m concerned about the angle of the rear drive shaft if that would have any issues.
    Thanks

Alternatively you can add another leaf spring to the pack you already have. OME sells extra leaves for all of their packs.

^^^^^ What he said. Just install axle shims too. 3 degree should do.

And all those are designed for extra weight. Sure, it'll make the rear higher with no load in it, but it also just makes it stiffer.

If you're still running the stock shackles, I would go with a lift shackle instead of a block. 1" shouldn't be enough to screw up the geometry of the leaf/shackle. Longer shackles (but not TOO long) can get you more wheel travel, too - so at least there's a performance gain, instead of blocks which is really only a performance detractor.

Other things to consider is a carrier bearing lowering kit along with the shims.
