So I have a 1998 4wd 5spd 3.4 the previous owner rerouted the exhaust from the manifolds back into a true dual exhaust, so since the exhaust is different and the o2 sensors not in exact location, would this mean problems from running a supercharger with no fuel management system?

So first off I’d like some pictures of that exhaust. Are both headers routed on their own? Or is there a y pipe?

You’ll decently need some fuel/timing mods without question. While its advertised as being CARB approved it does not work well for most folks. I don’t even think I’ve ever seen anyone not using at least methanol injection.

Yea think you are right, no he ran a pipe right off each manifold and moved the o2 sensor back, I'll have to get some pics and show you
