Ayuh... From Maine

Hello internet! I picked up an 09 Tacoma access cab a few weeks ago, and searching for different information and parts has led me here. The truck is a base model 2wd with an automatic unfortunately, but the price was right! Bought it from a company that had parked it 8 months ago due to it needing brakes and a headlight, and it sat there untouched.

When I first saw it, the poor truck had sunk three inches into the pavement. After some shrewd negotiation, and a new battery, I owned the truck for six bills, and only 230k miles on the clock! It was in desperate need of a detailing too. I traded the cap for a set of brand new snow tires on a set of 15 inch steelies.

I'm from up in Maine, so imagine my surprise when I found out it has next to no rust! The frame passed the dealership inspection, but I'm hoping it'll get a new one next year. So far the only things I've done to it are new front brakes, a lightbar, and a new fuel door. Future plans are the FBG 3" lift and 30" tires, some aftermarket headlights, color matched grille, along with a new rear bumper. The companies drivers backed this thing up using the Braille method apparently.
