I get a noise when turning the wheels when stopped. At first I though it was the pump but is not a whining. sounds like rubber on metal screaquing (video attached).
I already cleaned the reservoir and changed the fluid, no air in it.

Found a lot on info about changing these in previous gen's. Any info/ part numbers... /diagrams for 3rd gens? OR 2017?

BTW...dealer mentioned that with a 3" lift and bigger tires, I would be fighting an uphill battle trying to get anything covered by warranty since a lift messes with the load, angle and geometry....blah blah. I guess they were nice not to charge me for checking it out (twice)

Have you checked your balljoints and tie rod ends? Use a stethoscope on them while an assistant slowly turns the steering wheel. You should be able to isolate that pretty quick I'd think.

I have, the sound is not coming from close to the wheels. Its more like from inside or around the middle section of the steering rack.

Have you jacked it up by the LCA and checked the ball joints? If the LCA ball joint gives out, you could be in a world of shit.

    Checked the LCA cam bolts?
