    The ones that crack me up are the sellers that block the plate on their clapped out '97 Civic that doesn't run. Mass hysteria surrounding license plates. Ya, ya, dark web and all that. But for the other 99.9 percent of the population that doesn't venture into the internet underbelly, license plates wont give you home addresses of the current owner, not legally anyway.
