For a 1st gen rwd v6, what oil should be changed regularly? Is there only rear differential oil, nothing in fwd? Sorry if i dont know the answers.

PreRunner so nothing up front. Change the engine oil on time every time.... Your choice on interval.

Change the rear diff oil if it hasn't been changed. Same with power steering fluid and brake fluid.

Do a visual of the trans fluid as well. If it hasn't been changed, perhaps a drain & fill. I wouldn't flush it if it has not been serviced regularly. Much debate on that one so do your research.

FYI, 1st gen Tacoma power steering system use dex3 tranny fluid and not power steering fluid

I change my engine oil every 3,500 (despite what the manufacturer says), transmission fluid every 50k, and diff every 50k

my 2 cents of input... make sure the fill plug comes out before you drain the diff.
