    I've never seen grey elm anywhere to purchase. It looks great though.

    It’s very unassuming when not stained. The stain really brings out the “bird feather” look.

    I just did some searching. It seems that grey elm wood is really just another name for american/white/water/soft elm. The actual grey elm tree only grows in the middle east and is not harvested for lumber.
    Still, this stuff looks really nice!
