Wiper control knob might be more of a pain in the ass than its worth. Cutting holes in the bed to add compartments would be easy as fuck though, and you could make them with locks and make them whatever size you want.

All trucks come pre wires for intermittent wipers from what I understand, there’s a thread about it around here somewhere

The one thing you should be complaining about is that you lost all your low end torque :rimshot:

There's an article posted yesterday on TheDrive.com about the 2020 Tacoma that says this:
My 2013 Tacoma was a base SR and it had the intermittent wiper setting. My new 2019 Tacoma doesn't have it, and now we're told that the 2020 base SR will have it, as if it was something new. But it's not.

As I said in my opening post, "Toyota giveth, and Toyota taketh away", to which I should add "and then giveth again." :D

There is a thread on installing a marine (as in boat) glove (?) box for the bed cubby. Amazon.

There is thread on installing the intermittent wipers. Looked pretty easy when I read it.

You can buy the mirrors with compass on E-bay for under $100. Check first to make sure you have the wire harness.

Use the search function found above.

SR owner here. installing the intermittent wipers is easy. look on ebay. a few of toyotas cars have the same stalk. i think mine came from a corolla or camry. takes 15 min 2 phillips head screws and a small flat head to lift the tabs holding it in and pull the old stalk out.
