FA layout blind, need opinions

just got a huge OT pay check well big for me at least, and seeing how in maryland hunting season is about to start, i am looking to buy a layout blind, like the Final approach brands but does anyone have one or which is the best blind for its price, any opinions would help me tremendously

 

Hey, I used one last season in Northern Quebec, Canada. It was cold, raining very hard, and windy. It was pretty much the worst weather you could hunt in!! Inside the layout blind was totally dry and warm. I would highly recommend it! BTW, we were hunting snow geese

 

oh yeah so the door flaps i guess overlap to keep the rain and cold out for the most part? i really havent researched much its just bass pro has theirs for about a hundred dollars less then what FAbrand.com sells their blinds for, question though, with sitting in the blind, how do you open the flaps, just push them open or is it spring open or what not

 

The doors are not on a spring they just get pushed open. They are small and light so this is pretty easy and doesn't interfere with pulling the shotgun. Its really very easy to get used too and worth the money.

 

cool im probably going to go with the eliminator express, 11 lbs. and its compactable so its great for me since my spot is walking a mile away
