Im pretty sure all the confusion is because both will fit (I have not confirmed that though..) Only difference as far as I can tell is one has dust seals and the other doesnt.

The 5002007 I ordered looks the same as what came on my 2012 4x4 V6. As near as I can tell all the numbers stamped in the rubber are the same except for 1. Ill update again in a few weeks when I get time to install it.. Kind of thinking I should do U-joints while Im there, but not sure
