2tr header?

I have to do the head gasket on my 2005 2.7L. Considering whether it is worth it to put in an aftermarket exhaust header while I am at it. I don’t really care about high End HP/Torque. I mostly would like a little better performance for towing and hauling loads.

Does anyone think this is worth it?

Has anyone done this and can tell me if their performance change would fit what I am looking for? I would considering doing something to the intake at the same time.

Does anyone have a used header they are looking to sell?

I did read some other threads on here on aftermarket headers for this engine but saw conflicting accounts of whether it would help the high or low end performance.
