    It might needle bearing front diff . Put in 4wd, if it goes away it is needle bearing.

    With the truck on level ground and in park grab the rear tire at 10 and 2 with some force try and rock the vehicle back and forth if the center section of the rear end where the drive shaft is attached moved up and down more than an inch shit can the blocks and go AAL. With 2.5 up front and no diff drop you will be replacing the needle bearing upfront it just a matter of time could be the cause as well.
