Ok, so I'm finally planning on lifting my Taco, and I need advice. What I'm looking for is an even 1.5-2" lift, and I want to keep the factory stance - so not level it. I honestly mainly want it for appearance, so I don't need anything crazy. What do you guys recommend that won't break the bank.

    Thanks

I would go with 5100s on the corners and use the stock spring on the 3 rd perch.

That will keep the factory stance, right? Do I have to do anything with the rear leafs?

Wouldn't that level the truck? I want a 1.5" life all around. Don't I have to do something in regards to the rear leafs?

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your post.

The rear sits about 1 inch above the front for factory rake.
If you want that kind of lift use the proper ome or toytec coils with the Billy's. And put a 1 inch block in the back or use a aal.
Block is cheapest.... aal is about 100. Depends if your hailing weight which way to go.

Most people lift the front 1.5 to level it with the rear to get rid of the raked look.

With the rear you can add a 1" block and it will look good and lifted while removing a touch of rake.

Ok so just to confirm, if I want an even lift, I can do 5100's all around, with a 1" block in the rear to keep the factory rake?

Sorry, I don't know shit about this. lol

You are probably going to need to do the needle bearing while you are in there.

Yes, 1" spacers on the rear leaf's are generally accepted, and you can change it later if you desire more lift or more load capacity.

The shocks are around 500 and the block less than 50 bucks. Then you PM @Speed Freek and have him do the install.

as stated above, headstrong does have pre made kits. the most affordable but also has a lot of good reviews is the bilsteins 5100 + AAL package.
