So i decided to go with 285/75/17 with 3 inch radflo suspension. Now I need to get it re-geared but trouble finding a reputable shop in Northern California that can do it.

Jaws gear and axle or River city differential are both good shops

Yes. When I looked into 4.88s for a 2019 OR 4x4 here in the State of Jefferson it was approx $1,200 for parts and $1,600 for labor. +/- a few hundred for labor depending on shop. Got some cool american flag magnets and a gasshole for a total of $40 instead, re-gear not needed and truck drives much better now.

Is that the Stellar Built shop? My buddy's 4Runner has been there a bunch this last month, and I guess that MESO truck is getting SEMA prepped??? That thing is a monster for sure. I'm following in case I need to look at gearing too, I bought mine just over a month ago with the 285/75/17s all around, CMC was already cleanly done, but I'm wondering if gearing was left off the menu. So far I've taken her to Monterey and back, and with my commute from Elk Grove to Natomas, I haven't noticed anything too sluggish. I'm anxious for snowboarding season, and to see what she can do heading up the mountain twice a week!
