I have a 07 access cab prerunner that has 2 inch leveling blocks on the front. Currently running 265/75/16 BFG KO2. Want to try the 285/75/16 Falken mt but not sure if they will fit or how much trimming I would have to do. Anyone else run bigger tires on just a 2 inch level?

Yes you can fit them. At the very least you'll have to remove your front mudflaps if you haven't already. Possibly CMC, maybe a little more trimming.

Tires and tire sizes are the #1 asked questions on this site. Please, do a little research

    315s are “do-able” with a 2” lift.
Lots of threads here about fitting tires.

I have 285/75/16 with a 2 inch suspension lift. I have done no cutting just removed the mud flaps. It only runs the slightest on the control arm while off-roading. Not enough to matter in the three years I have been driving like that.

Cab mount chop if you want zero rubbing. I hammered the pinch weld and trimmed my fender back a bit
