Thanks for the add guys. I am looking for advice on changing my wheels from the 17" TRD SEMA wheels (weighing 24.8 lbs.) to the 16" TRD beadlock style wheels (weighing 23.7 lbs.). I initially meant to decrease the weight of my wheel/tire setup which consisted of factory base steelies that weighed 61 lbs. together. I ended up purchasing the 17" TRD SEMA wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler A/T after seeing them on the truck. They really changed the stance and overall look. I am about to make a drive to Pennsylvania and I would like to resort back to my original plan of lightening the wheel with the 16" TRD beadlocker and a factory tire. I should be able to achieve a 52.7 lb. rotational mass weight with this setup. What do you guys think?

If you get the beadlock and I speak from experience the ring must be as centered as possible other wise the balance will be terrible. But overall both end up looking badass on the truck. I have the headlocks on mine and my dad has the sema wheels. Oddly enough my truck rides way smoother but it’s likely a bad balance job.

I do like the look of both wheels, though my Tacoma is a 2.7L I4 so I would like to do what I can to reduce the rotational weight of the wheels. I should have done this in the beginning and I would have shed 8 lbs. per wheel, rather I gained nearly 8 lbs.
