Oh the other ice game. Nah around here we keep things simple and just grab a shovel and clear the snow off a beaver pond



For half the year anyhow.

 

First time using the new upgraded cooking grill grate from killa grilla. Thing is heavy duty. Forgot to take pic with steaks on corn is finishing up on the grill grates

Beauty. 3 more sleeps until hockey is back on.

 

Will have to do up a full on meal. Did a ton of burgers and sausages at the lake past weekend. too busy burning myself over a too hot fire to take any pics though

All this talk of 'air fryers' lately, don't forget that if you have a convection oven, you have an air fryer. We've been cooking bacon on a countertop convection oven for years. Doesn't get all curly, either.

 

Rib eye goin on shortly. Spicy for the girl. Standard SPG for me.

 

Going to do a butt this weekend for some pulled porks. Also will be doing PBBE for the first time and could use some advice on how to cook them to their full potential.

I make this a lot in the crockpot but never thought about it like this.. Awesomeness! I also make a version in the crock pot with boneless skinless chicken thighs and wrap each thigh around a pepperoncini and using a chicken gravy mix instead of the au jus.
