    All this talk of 'air fryers' lately, don't forget that if you have a convection oven, you have an air fryer. We've been cooking bacon on a countertop convection oven for years. Doesn't get all curly, either.

    I make this a lot in the crockpot but never thought about it like this.. Awesomeness! I also make a version in the crock pot with boneless skinless chicken thighs and wrap each thigh around a pepperoncini and using a chicken gravy mix instead of the au jus.
