2003 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Lunar Mist Metallic

I've founda 2010 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road at a dealership in McKinney Texas. It has 154000 miles and they are asking $15300. I live about 3 hours away and don't know anything about the area. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable mechanic to look at the truck before I get too excited about it?

If I don't find a private mechanic would it be just as good to have a used car inspection done at a Toyota dealer? The car is currently at a Buick dealership so I'm thinking Toyota doesn't have any reason to not find anything wrong with the truck.
