Buttons disappeared from radio..

Fairly new Tacoma owner, I have a 2016 TRD off road 4X4 with 27000 miles, entune prem audio with nav.
My phone Moto G7 connects with the truck no problem and plays Bluetooth audio just fine.
When I first got the truck it would show several buttons at the bottom when playing Bluetooth audio. Two of them being shuffle and repeat. When music is playing I can press either button and nothing happens!! The pause button to the right functions.
I took it to the dealer they charged me 100$ to update the radio, now the shuffle and repeat buttons are missing. The pause button is still there. Now the album art and info isn't coming up either...??
Any ideas guys?? TIA

 

Almost forgot I specifically asked them to update Gracenote and I checked when I got home and no update was done to Gracenote. They only updated the entune software..
