Tacoma Beast Taillights

Been eyeing out that black and white taillights from Tacoma beast. Anyone have any experience with them?
It also says at the very bottom, not conformed to DOT/SAE. What makes them not conformed?

Also, anyone seen these other ones? The ones that look stock but are black and clear.

 

If they don’t conform and your state does vehicle safety inspections, this would be a fail.

Dot says the light from the brake/ tail must be red, the signal must be Amber/yellow*
And the reverse lights must be white, all at a certain distance and intensity.

These lights you can find for cheaper outside of TB.

Aftermarket tends not to be as good as OEM and has a good chance of leaking. What else do you expect from China?
