    I was glad when it was over. I did get lucky. Went smooth but it’s stressful. Not to mention I did it during our busy season. I made them come to my work to sign the 400 pages. Lol. They wanted me in Woodbridge around 1800. I said no way in hell.

    My guy hooked me up with everything. Broker deals with VA only and my agent was a jarhead. Inspector was from Mass so took about 3 hours for him. Probably cuz we talked the whole time. Plus he came back out and did a few things that needed addressed and didn’t charge me. Title company was close with my agent. It was a great first experience for me but stressed due to trying to work and call people etc etc. lmao.
