Out camping at Masonic in the Bodie, CA area, fired up my 9/11 Coleman model 454 stove to observe 911. First to me is my late mom's birthday. She was born September 11 back when. Stove was only fired up as I had other stoves along to cook on, letting it rest. Stove dating indicates it was made in 1929, in November, that was the way Coleman dated items, switching year and month on models every 10 years. Either the year is first or last, just have to know the model to decifer the correct date. I collect camping/backpacking stoves and camping lanterns, lamps.
Thank you for looking, thank you Firemen and LE for your service and sacrifice.

Mom passed over four years ago, so doesn't hurt as much now. Thank you.
