So if you had money invested right now, you'd pull it (sell) today and wait until some point a year from now?

Look up Jay Campbell for IF, https://www.amazon.com/Burn-Fat-Metabolic-Blowtorch-Diet-ebook/dp/B075YB3GQT

Also has a new book out.

I thought this was hilarious. Professional QB, Gardner Minshew, has style.

Uh no. Thats dumb. Just about every recession indicator is showing a looming recession. I'm not buying into the markets at the moment - building cash in a high interest savings account, and waiting for a crash.

Shit really hit the fan at work yesterday so I just went home. I was starting to feel a little drainage goin on so I dosed up on Benadryl and Claritin and went to bed at 7:30. I feel better today which is good. I have no time for allergies.

I feel for you. I've had several days over the last two weeks where they bring in food. And being a "convenience" eater, I lose all control and snorf up all the crap carbs that I can shovel in. Very much a weak part of my mental game that I haven't gotten under control.

Me too. Haha. I have a weird body I think.

I have long limbs, not a lot of muscle mass, and accumulate fat in my belly/lovehandles waaaayyyy sooner than anywhere else. But, I am way stronger than I look (except my handicap bench).

I'm excited to get done with this cut and build some muscle. I'm not looking for super shreads. Just want a pretty clean base to start with. I'm also excited to be lifting completely pain free again. I'm almost positive that if I can stay healthy for the better part of a year, a big squat and pull are there for the taking. I was right there before I got hurt last year. I was smashing rep PRs just before I was going to taper off and heal up. Then I got hurt and it's taken almost a year to get back here.

Everyone underestimates their bf% then get defensive about it and the excuses start rolling in. No body cares.

Yes but hes going off a DEXA scan reading. He’s not estimating.

I also would not say 6% on those photos. But the guy is 6’2” the taller you are sometimes the harder it is to judge by eye. Because there are more areas for the body fat to go.
This is why being 5’6”-5’9” is like the ideal height for BB. 6 ft plus dude have to get fucking lean to show max def. Even leaner than lean.

But its true, you always have more body fat than you think and you always have less muscle than you think.
Guys can poke fun at the lean guys and criticize being small but when your body fat is higher you think you have a hell of a lot more mass than you do.
Just like guys who take steroids for 8 weeks and flex their body fat think they’ve got alll the gainz!

I am actually considering a DEXA scan. I’d like to see if I can see the number 7 pop up.

No I am thats why I won’t post a pic. I will get nothing but shade from a group of powerlifters.

I let what other people have to say bother me too much. So I don’t invite shit.

I would say at my leanest I was no less than 8%. It's very tough to get below that unless you sacrifice some mass. I am just not willing to do that. I leaned out enough to help rebound my body and utilize better nutrient production when I bulk back up. Each time I cut and regain I look much better at the same exact weight than before.

Its freaking cool as shit watching the body change!
