Anyone like the styling of the new rims on the TRD Sport models?
So far I don’t like the look of them but may eventually grow on me. Just wondering what everyone’s opinion is.

A little too much bling for me.

That definitely looks like a limited. All the chrome trims and looks like 18" wheels.

But look at that grille! What in the world is going on there....

The Sport Wheels are pictured in one of those 2020 Threads.

Toyota.com shows them when you configure one. Same as shown in the two posts above.

They don't look too bad. Just like the pre-2020s, they'd look great all black or dark grey.

The 4lb lighter forged Pro rims are really grabbing me though. We'll see what happens with 17in sizes.

Kinda looks like a bigger OR wheel now. Wonder if they’ll update the OR wheel in the future.

They didn’t change the 4Runner wheels for 2020 so I doubt you’ll see a 17” BBS Pro wheel anytime soon.

    Good info. Thanks!

I am in no rush and thinking about derping or powder coating the stockers. PC is problematic without a second set.

2016-2019 design looks better IMO. 2nd gens had the best sport wheel design though.

I recently derped my SR5 stock rims but that 'slight grey' of the black dip just bothered me. I peeled it all off after looking at it for the day. I guess I'd rather have a black tone that matches the black trim better or just how they are stock. :pout:

Interesting. I absolutely enjoy my derped cheese grater grille. At least to my eye, it matches the trim grey / black or whatever of the lower grille. I have a Faux Pro in the crawlspace that I have been slacking installing because I like the black cheese grater, and I still need to find a camera that works with the Faux Pro.

I will take a closer look at the colors.

I did have some blank center cap stickers for a while that didn't match at all, even though they were supposed to. After too long being annoyed with them, I just painted the badges and put them back on.

I can PM you my front camera details and some pictures for my pro grill install if you want. It's wired to my Kenwood HU nicely.
