I have a 15 double cab TRD sport, basically stock. Looking to purchase a low profile camper cap without spending too much. Any suggestions, leer?

Buy used, new is at least $2000 and more

Also, do a good job of sealing the cap, including caulking the corners or any other gaps in tape, to minimize chance of leaking

Used is good if you're flexible on what you want. Sounds like you are. I had specific needs and it was super clear that there was no way in hell I was going to find what I needed on the used market so bought brand new for $2600 and haven't regretted it for a second 4 years later. Snugtop, Leer, and ARE seem to be the preferred makes.

Don't expect it to be waterproof, even brand new they aren't and don't claim to be. There are things you can do to minimize water coming in once you get it installed and figure out how it's getting in.

"Win-doors" are worth double whatever you have to pay to get them.
