Hey everyone....First off I am new here and just ordered my first Taco. I should have a 2018 Quicksand Colored LB OR in a few days. I am finding out that the new safety sensors in the grill have caused problems with mounting brush or grill guards. Anyone have info on one that works or how to make it work? My local custom shop doesn't have answers, nor the dealership. Thanks in advance.

First wait till you get your truck then start to do some research on what GAURD you want. Then ash your parts vender if their guard will interfear with the sender's on the truck I heard it was going to be in the toyota emblem on the grill

If it wasn't a long box, I would have gladly swapped with you for my '17. Yes, I'm that nice of a guy! :D

Some have said that even with a mesh in front of the Toyota logo Millimeter wave emitter, (it’s a millimeter wave emitter right?) nothing interferes with it. I can’t confirm personally.

What I want to know is: does anyone know of a good sturdy frame-mounted brush guard that has recovery points down below?
