Too much frame rust?

    looking at buying a 2002 tundra. Been in California it’s whole life but has a bunch of surface rust on the frame and suspension bolts/nuts. I know it’s the rust inside the frame and at the joints that is dangerous. But anybody out there think this amount of rust is something to be concerned about? Or pretty typical?

    If that was in my area, it would be 10x that bad with holes and rotting. I’m sure it’s fine. Just get some fluid film on it and it’ll look better and give it a lot more protection.
