i got the jardine catback and definetly would not recommend it. with the headers the performance gain was very noticable and great. i really think that the catback lost me a lot of back pressure which is why in the b/s/t thread i posted that i wanted to buy a stock mid pipe to put my stock cat back on :( kinda of dissapointed but maybe ite just because i need to get the maf calibrator to retune it for the more open flowing exhaust

the low end i personally feel was worth every 383 dollars! i dont think i have ever bought anything besides forced induction for any truck/car iv owned and been as happy as i am with my dt header!

you should throw on a high flow cat that will help your exhaust

I don't want to lose more back pressure and plus I heard that our factory cats are high flow already

i heard there is a lot of insulation in our (2) cats that we have that reduces some air flow

Nope what i did. was i cut off my stock exhaust right after the second cat or sound resonator and then added 2.5" piping then a single chamber flowmaster then cut the piping right above the rear axle for high clearance.

I havent taken the second cat or sound resonator off because im waiting to c how loud my exhaust is when i add the header and i think it deletes the first cat/ resonator...right? Then ill either delete the second cat/resonator or throw on a high flow cat in its place if exhaust is too loud

I would definatly be interest in this group buy. It would depend alot on the price reduction..

So basically LC Engineering says that we can advertise their company with a free T-Shirt after they screw us out of a discount on a group buy and then raise the price so that it would end up costing more than if we just would have bought one ourselves before e-mailing them...? Is this what I'm reading?

I kinda want the DT now.

I got some doug thorley headers and they for got to send me a air injection assembly and i have been waiting for about 3 weeks for them to send me that damn part. I suggest you find someone else to get the headers from. They also told me that it's on the way and it should be there Friday but Friday passed a week ago or longer.
