Yeah. I'm fortunate to work a 9/80 so I get every other Friday off. The only day that I don't have to plan around family stuff (b/c they are in school) and I'm working every Saturday until mid September.

haha yep exactly. I don't know what I'm supposed to weigh, but I remember years ago I saw a chart like that and it said for 5'10" male the optimal weight is like 155. I graduated high school at 150 and looks like a sickly little kid. like wtf

I mean, I'm not going to discuss the BF%....it's not as good as it once was...but it's not why I'm considered Obese lol

If it's not BF%, then what's making you obese?

my overall weight, including muscle and bone, is what puts me in the obese category.

no matter your BF%, as Brian said, you can still be considered obese.

Yea i mean what im saying is you probably have more muscle too thats one reason its contributing to it saying your obese. When i was in my best shape i was at 9% BF could bench 315 squat 450 DL 500 and run a 6 min mile. BMI said i was overweight lol. I was like a super fitness nund got DEXA body scans done to calculate my BF and Muscle mass percentage.

What do you weigh? I'm guessing you're about 5'10" and around 210-220lbs? I have only met you once too.

Why? You're lean and cut right now. Why become more husky?

I could probably stand to lost about 20lbs of fat, not overall weight.
