    yep! this works great!

super glue is easy just have to let it dry then polish like acrylic.

I use something like these pads, you dont have to start with the coarsest pad, but each side has a different grit, go down to the final pad, just have to watch so the pad doesnt over heat and melt.

finish with this and a soft cloth that is clean and doesnt have any sawdust or crap in it ;) at high speed and it will come out nice. Even the open grained stuff once its filled in comes out nice!

problem with PSI is the shipping, sometimes you need one piece and its $5 but shipping is like $8...best to do a big order which is easy to do....

Man, that sucks. I can’t keep tires on my bandsaw for some reason. Tried everything but glueing them on. Which was not recommended

I have a Delta, but the metal one not the plastic table one. It’s about 20 years old. Tried to realign the wheels too. Yes, new tires twice. Thinking something is out of square or something. Any ideas?

Thanks, I sure will check that. It never made a bad noise. Maybe something that simple. :frusty:

Pull your table off, get a long straight edge and lay it across both sides of the bottom wheel and true the top wheel to the straight edge.

Also don't be afraid to glue the tires on- just use rubber cement- easy enough to remove when the time comes.

Thanks, I’ll try that. I was told that glue would ruin the tires itself. I’ve tried rubber and poly tires and both have come off. Over the weekend I’ll see what I can do with it.

What about new wheels or tires that are a hair smaller then using a heat gun to get them on?

Another great tip. I’ll try anything to get it going again.
I haven’t used it since Dec 2018. Kind of sucks.

I’m pretty interested in how it works out. A band saw is my next big shop purchase.

My wife keeps asking why there’s a saw for everything and not just one that does all of it?! :notsure:

I’ll post on here once I can get it figured out. My wife doesn’t even fuss about wood working stuff any more. Now when I was buying ammo every chance I had, she asked me to slow down a bit. Like try to keep it below $200 a month. I said ok honey, anything for you. She just rolled her eyes.
I’ve been thinking about getting a BIG bandsaw from Grizzly. The shipping is the problem with most large items.

Mine is the one that pushes the ammo sales, she was even excited to get a plate carrier and set up her kit. lol

The wood shop stuff she is hit or miss about. She knows it helps keep me sane though.
