2019 Wheels on a 2003?

    I am working on fixing up a 2003 Tacoma and came across a decent set of 2019 stock wheels and tires. I was wondering if anybody could confirm these would work on the 2003? The 2019 are P245/75/R16. 03 currently has 265/70R16 tires but I don't think that's stock.
