Exactly what I was going through. And I'm trying to pick one up locally (less the hose)

I know I'd live with regrets if I didn't get the dual

    I have this one.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000X9B32M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But if this deal was out there then I probably would have bought it. I do hear a lot of guys buy the duals though.

These meaty rubbers are being filled by an ARB single. 2 at a time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One and maybe two cigarettes. 12-15ish to 35 psi

Compressor was quite hot. I used the compressor that my buddy had in his truck. I didn't have mine installed yet. He filled his 33s first.

I have a viar 300p, not automatic. It's alright, but I'd like to get something that will be bolted in, and out of tge way. At $200, single makes sense to me. Dual seems a bit too expensive for my liking. But, if there was a sweet deal on a dual, I'd get it without hesitation

I always see the dual at a high price. And as easy as portable ones are. Having it bolted into the truck just seems like the best idea. I have WAY too many other mods to buy before a compressor. So I can wait a while

I hear ya Seb, those damn dual can get up there. in my research I discovered Viair has on board systems too. Again, not cheap.

I got mine from OK4wd. It was free shipping, free $120 benchmade knife, and like $70 off. It was black Friday like 2 yrs ago so maybe they'll run something this year. I use it every weekend and it takes about a min per tire 15 psi to 35 psi on a 32.6" tire. If you don't use it that much a single is fine. It gets hot but works well and just takes more patience. If you get a dual you can run the CTIS setup that this guy put together which is bad ass.

I like the idea of on board for the simplicity but I really like the portability for the prospect of helping someone that needs air outta reach of my truck should that occur.

I thought hard about OB though.

@El Dahs and @stairgod showed me this. I think No H came up with it and Greg, and soon myself, will be following suit.
