Most likely a wheel bearing going out.

Agree with the WB going out. Usually it fails in the 80k-100k range and always change both when replacing.

I have the exact same symptoms, humming between 40 and 60ish. My wheel bearing is going out, i'm gonna replace it tomorrow with the hub assembly that you can get here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wheel-bearings-hubs-press-service-4x4-prerunner-nsk.537080/

I learned this here on the forum.... to test if its a wheel bearing drive until you hear the noise and (on a clear road and in a safe manner) swerve or turn left and right. If you hear it get better when one side is loaded its probably a wheel bearing

Does it get louder or sound worse when you turn to the side that it's coming from?

Check and make sure your brake dust shield isn't rubbing the rotor, I had that happen once and thought my wheel bearing went toast but was happy to find out it was just the brake shield.

LOl, I had this Clunking noise when I applied the front brakes it turn to be the dust shield was rubbing on the rotor. Re bent it back in shape and the noise is gone.

My wheel bearing made noise for 5k miles before it was loose enough to tell which was bad. Did the one bearing two years ago. Now my other one is making noise for last 10k miles but not loose yet.
