So i have a TRD 2010 tacoma and want to put on bigger headers and cat back exhaust. Is it worth upgrading or is the stock TRD set up already as good as it gets and upgrading would be a waste of money?

So waste of money then? Wanted to do intake and add a throttle body spacer too but guessing that wouldn't add much as well? How much MPG would I lose with a super charger?

What’s your need for the Supercharger?
You can do a lot of things with $5,000.

I agree and think it's not necessary. I think I can get enough hp with other mods

Headers will give you noticeable gains, but it will also change the sound of the exhaust tremendously. TB spacer wont do anything, and a CAI would only add maybe 2-3hp and just make “cool noises”.

URD Headers, URD Y-Pipe, URD full cat-back, URD intake and a tune will give you some nice gains. :) Had that set up on my XRunner minus the y-pipe, huge difference over stock. :) Don’t let these guys discourage you. :)

Throttle body spacer does nothing because it's upstream of the throttle. There's an intake manifold spacer available that improves low-end torque (by effectively making the intake runners longer) but doesn't add peak power.

MPG loss if you drive it as you did before? Should be negligible. You'd lose a lot voluntarily by revving it more often to hear the supercharger whine, but that's the same with any sound-improving upgrade. With a supercharger, min 91 octane fuel is required.
