I received broken parts with my HF350 and warrenty wont contact me after 4 attempts. Horrible customer service. Anyone else having issues?

I just purchased this cover and mine was perfectly fine. If you're having issues contacting Leer. Have you tried to contact the place you purchased it from? I would assume if it was damaged the dealer shouldn't have installed it and explained it was damaged and they should have ordered you a new one. Do you have pictures of what is damaged? Also, did you sign up for the warranty from Leer website?
