I've been searching high and low, can't find anything that pertains to these bolts/area of the truck.

Anyone have an idea of where I can find this info?

Tight is the way to go. I don’t know if a specific torque spec will be found or if it’s necessary. The bolts aren’t holding any sealing surfaces or anything so you should be good to just tighten it up

All but the transmission mount are welded !

    Just snug works .

I have seen torque tables over the years for different size bolts no doubt taken away due to liability suits

The rear most crossmember (the one for the spare tire carrier) and the rear gas tank cross member are both bolted in with 14mm head bolts. Removable, replaceable. Took them out, got new ones.

I just gudentighened them. But I know there have to be actual numbers for these things
