Just ordered the crankshaft seal and a new pulley from Rock Auto and a crankshaft holding tool from Amazon.

The way that pulley looks I would definitely replace it if you have it off. It's only going to deteriorate more now and that's the kind of thing that can come apart and cost you a radiator, etc.

Yep, ordered. Crazy thing is the rubber looks normal on the other half of the pulley.

Well, got it done in about 3.5 hours yesterday. I bought this to break the crankshaft bolt loose:

    https://smile.amazon.com/EnRand-Harmonic-Damper-Holding-Crankshaft/dp/B07SZNCGJN/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?crid=10JLOFV2IMLW5&keywords=enrand+harmonic+damper+pulley+holding+tool+for+toyota&qid=1569160810&s=gateway&sprefix=EnRand+Harmonic+Damper+Pulley+Holding+Tool%2Cautomotive%2C230&sr=8-1-fkmr0

But after putting it on, holding it with a breaker bar and putting a 3' cheater on a another breaker bar, I couldn't get it to break loose. Ended up using the "bump the ignition" method. The tool did work well for putting 180 lbs of torque on it during reinstall though.
