Just like many of you here, I wanted a Tacoma for years. The Toyota love started when I was a teenager and got my first truck, a '91 Pickup.

Working my way up the ladder, a '96 T4R came into the picture after owning my Pickup for 6 years. Needles to say she was put to good use from the get go.

Around 285k miles, the 4Runner drove her last mile on the stock engine. After a blown head gasket and many other issues arose, it was time to garage the old girl for a complete engine rebuild. With limited time and a need for a daily driver, I knew it was finally time to pull the trigger and get the a Tacoma.

Going to have to keep these babies boxed up for a little while but snagged a set when I could. I was looking up when the next release date would be, only to find that it was in four hours. I do need some new tires for winter...

Came across the Scangauge 2 and had to get one. Got it all hooked up on the steering column for now until I get the chance to mount it up by the rear view mirror. Averaged almost 1.5 mpg less on the way to work this morning with heavy rain and wind. I'm really hyped on this addition so far!

Up next is the URD MAF sensor calibrator and FINALLY going to get my Ray10's wrapped in some 265/75r16 Nitto Ridge Grapplers in the next week or two.

Here's a shot of the Wet Okole covers I got earlier in the year. They have held up great! The grey piping matched the interior silver accents really well imo. Hoping to get some for the rear seats soon.

Yesterday the taco finally got some new rubber; Nitto Ridge Grapplers! The grapplers ride just as everyone says, minimal road noise and they handled really well in the downpour of rain I experienced in my drive to Seattle and back this weekend. Removed the small front mud flaps but still finding some rub... guess I need to lift it a bit :D Also the black Ray10's look so much better than the stock wheels.

The Oregon Cascades got DUMPED on this weekend. Most people were chaining up to go through Santiam pass. A tree fall blocked the road so we had to backtrack and go through Tombstone. At one point the wind was blowing around so much snow that I couldn't see the front of the truck  Complete white out conditions. The Ridge Grapplers were GREAT though and I felt pretty unstoppable.

Awesome Truck, I bet you love the locker and the A-TRACK. Great snow picture, the PNW rules!

Coming from early 90's Toyotas, the locker and A-TRACK are standard luxuries. And nice snow pic to you as well! Digging the white taco out in the snow. Northwest IS best.
