Anyone have this problem??

ok on the first gens...idk about the 2nd gens. but i have alot of play in my shifter. (automatic) and just wondering if anyone else goin through this? if so know any fixes?

 

i believe that is normal, I have the same and so do my friends.

 

Yea its commom i have it too, it moves a lot when i give it gas too.

 

Ya mine does the samething!! It kind of worried me at first but after 4 years and 110,000 miles nothing has broke so I guess it was designed that way lol!

I remember someone else asking about this a while back and it was explained that the transmissions "float" because they are not hard mounted to the frame, or something like that. They say it's normal so I don't worry about it.

 

Yerp...I've got it too. No worries here.

 

Mine moves a little bit as well. No issues yet though.
