I normally only use the factory replacement blades on my vehicles. The original ones on my wifes Lexus has been on it since new (4+ years) and still wipes like they did when new, of course it is garage kept. My Taco on the other hand, barely lasts a year out in the sun all day. I figured since the factory refills cost about $10-12 each and the Costco Michlins cost $6each on sale, i can replace it twice . I am going to try it out and see how long they last. I am also going to save the old factory blades so i can just buy the refills if i want to go back.

You cannot beat the factory Toyota/Lexus blades. My wife RX 350 is on its 2nd set of OEM blades. It too stays in the garage as well as my Tacoma which is a 2018 and still on factory blades. I have found over the years that factory blades are the best.
