I mean, it's no different than putting a spacer on top of an oem strut :notsure:

Yeah that's gonna be a no. Dont put a 3 INCH spacer on that. I wouldn't even do that on a stock shock. 2 inches max. But if you're using a fox. That should give some lift already.

I gotcha the problem I’m having is that they are adjusted to where the nose sits lower then the rear, and I can’t adjust them with them on the truck for some reason, so if I adjusted them I’d have to take them off and take them to the shop that has a spring compressor and adjust them

The tires need to be in the air for you to adjust the shocks. NEVER adjust with the truck on the ground

If you want to go over 3" of lift on a 4WD, then you're gonna want to get a drop bracket lift so you don't screw up your front diff and axles. Otherwise, you're running a severe angle on your front end that is gonna be very expensive to fix when it breaks. If you have fox in the front, then that should be ~2 inches of lift, adding a 3 inch spacer is gonna bring you up to 5, which is gonna be dangerous without the drop brackets. IMO I would keep the fox in the front at 2 inches of lift and have some rake in case you tow anything or haul anything heavy in the bed, but I don't know what your plans are with your truck. Sounds like you also have some lift in the back causing your issue, do you know what kind of lift it is?

I’m glad I stopped by the 2nd gen forum. I though questions like this were exclusive to 3rd gens.

Although you guys seem much more patient about it all.
